ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking an honest, friendly & confident casual sales assistant 2-3 days per week. Industry experience not required. Previous retail experience preferred.
As a shop assistant at Sinderellas, you will need to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities to excel at the job:
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Processing, packing and sending off internet orders
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning and rearranging the store
- Keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times
Some basic product knowledge is required. On the job training provided for detailed product knowledge.
